These Science in Sport Isotonic Gels are ideal as part of my nutrition plan on a long run (over 2 hours). I tend to alternate one of these with one of Science in Sport’s Energy Bars each half-hour on a long run.
Several flavours are available including Blackcurrant, Apple, Tropical, Pink Grapefruit, Lemon & Line, Orange, Pineapple, and a mixed pack for you to try out the flavours.
I find most flavours are great, but I don’t much like the Blackcurrant or Apple flavours.
Available individually or in boxes of 6 or 30, you can easily stock up if you’re in training.
