Averaging just over 2,000 words a day at the moment so I’m managing to keep almost two days ahead of schedule.

Today’s 2,009 words were helped in no small way by writing over 700 words on my Android phone.  I’m using Textmaker, part of the Softmaker Office for Android – Softmaker Office is an Office suite that’s available for Windows, Linux, Android, Windows CE, and Windows Mobile.  I first started using it in a mobile sense on my H/PC, the HP Jornada 720.  I still have that, and it still works.

Today, though, using Textmaker on my phone and on my PC, with Dropbox to keep the files available to both environments makes it much more convenient to add words to my NaNoWriMo whenever I have a few minutes available.  Together with a decent size Bluetooth keyboard, the job is an easy one.
