NaNoWrimo 2012, Day Twenty-Five

Still managing to hit my daily word count.  It’s now time to validate, to “prove” that I’ve written over 50,000 words.

My validation tool of choice is to use yWriter‘s “Nanowrimo Obfuscated Text” tool.  This is a feature in yWriter that creates a text file of all your words and replaces every character with the letter ‘n’ (for Nano!).  That means I can upload my entire “novel” (and I use the word with caution!) to the NaNoWriMo’s website for count validation without subjecting the internet to the dire sludge that is my current work-in-progress.

I’ll keep my word-count going until the 30th, just to see how far I get this month.  After that, I’ll probably slack off a bit.

Day 25, word count: 57,514, target: 41,667, words remaining:  -7,514.
