Holmes and the Ripper continues much the same as it began. There’s enough intrigue to keep the interest up, but it does seem to go out of its way to make things more convoluted than they need to be. Conan Doyle’s original stories were more about Holmes deducing startling facts from the most mundane of ordinary observations. This story doesn’t have a lot of that.
A worthy listen if you want a non-canonical Holmes/Watson adventure, but probably not one to go at the top of your list.
